Customs Clearance
Given the constant changes in Argentinean government policies, our customs are complex to understand. Therefore, we provide you with a highly qualified team of advisors and brokers with representatives in all main border crossing points.
Our vast experience in customs brokerage allows our company to assist you technically in all matters concerning duty and tax systems, import and export regulations, specially Government representations and the Argentine National Customs House. Our offices at Mendoza, Puerto Deseado, Rosario and Buenos Aires serve as key custom points to enable you with the fastest response.
Warehousing & Distribution
We are experts in the storage, management and redistribution of your products. We offer an array of national warehouses across Argentina, as well as Bonded warehouses for cargo that has not yet been nationalized. Plus, the following:

Should there be an opportunity in which, for customs, document issuing or other reasons, the goods cannot be released in time and manner, we provide the transit and transfer to Zona Franca (Tax-free area), in La Plata.
Cargo Insurance
Making sure your cargo is taken care of all the way to destinations is part of bringing you great service. We offer cargo insurance certificates covering ocean, air and inland shipments as part of our freight service. We are not an insurance broker, carrier or underwriter, however we recommend customers to take on coverage through reputable brokers, with reduced premiums and costs associated with claims and recoveries.
Our cargo insurance has coverage from pick-up to door delivery.
Cargo Surveyor Service
At Almar we have established a long standing alliance with well known certified surveyors, so clients can feel protected at every port.
We will recommend types of inspection, testing, consultancy and other surveillance services to fit every cargo needs and enable both suppliers and distributors to comply with safety and quality standards and other regulatory requirements.
Our surveyors are Members of the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors® and members of the Argentina Surveyor Association.
